Given the current social and political climate, where women of color are navigating everything from institutional invisibility to outright hostility, we have curated a unique space and curriculum to empower and inspire black women during this critical time.

Our intention is simple: gather a select circle of sisters in a safe space, equip you with essential leadership tools, and use our collective power to elevate one another and emerge triumphantly through the storm.

About Carol & Catherine
Carol Little is the founder of The Little Training Company. In her 20+year career as a Certified Master Facilitator and Executive Coach, she has trained and coached leaders in the Computer, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, Automotive, Funeral, Electronics, Tech and Health Care industries. Recent clients include BMW/MINI, Service Corp International, HCA Healthcare, Freddie Mac, UTC Collins, Raytheon and Fuss & O’Neill just to name a few. She excels at helping people move beyond the roadblocks that prevent them from achieving their goals. Dedicated and hardworking, Carol is committed to her client's success. Her passionate and fun style keeps her clients coming back for more. She is also an in-demand Public Speaker, speaking internationally at various organizations and events and is a frequent guest on business-oriented Podcasts. Carol has an IPEC Coaching Certification, Energy Leadership Index Master Certification, Art of Facilitation Certification, Masters Training Certification and Infinite Possibilities Master Certification.
Catherine Toppin is the founder of Take the Leap Coaching and Advisory. She is a certified coach, facilitator and small business advisor with 20+ years of experience. She is known for her authentic, funny, practical and inspiring leadership and facilitation style. She earned her coaching certification from the Elementum Coaching Institute, and she has undergone additional training from several renowned professional development institutions. She holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law. Catherine reaches from her personal experiences in government, private practice, Fortune 100 companies, non-profit board leadership and her life as a single mother to inspire clients to slow things down, uncover blind spots, and take the leap into experiencing more fulfilled and happy careers and lives.
